Charles Sumner Elementary School

Principal's Vision

"The vision of the Charles Sumner Elementary School is to become a full service, arts integrated-school in order to improve student achievement and close the achievement gap. We see arts as the vehicle to enhance academic achievement and promote the overall well being of our students. PSS will help us fulfill our vision by providing the resources to create a comprehensive program that aligns in-school and out-of-school time to transform a diverse urban elementary school into an arts-focused school."
