Family and Community Engagement Learning Network
The Boston Foundation is organizing a learning network for organizations working to engage family and community in the education pipeline in Boston. The goal of this network will be to identify strategies and models that can build the capacity of Boston’s families to advocate on behalf of their students. The network will also surface best practice in the field of family engagement; connect organizations and individuals working in this area to each other and other experts; and help the Foundation to further focus its grant making in this area.
The first session of the Family and Community Engagement Learning Network on October 14th from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at The Boston Foundation (75 Arlington St, 10th Floor, Boston, MA). If you are planning to attend, please RSVP to Andrew McDowell (Andrew.McDowell@tbf.org). All those who responded to the RFP are invited to attend this session. For more information related to this event please visit: The Boston Foundation.
