Description:
Participants in this workshop will learn from experienced practitioners about a model for strategic thinking that offers real-time planning and feedback loops on programs and initiatives. When partnered with more traditional strategic planning, strategic thinking creates a culture of critical thinking among board and staff alike. It engages stakeholders including the program’s constituents. The differences between strategic planning and thinking will be reviewed as well as steps for developing an organization of people who think strategically.Join us to go deeper on this real-time planning discipline that enables continuous feedback on program and organizational effectiveness.
